The western, French-speaking half of Switzerland — Geneva and its lakefront, Bern with its medieval arcades and bear park, and Basel with its art museums and the Rhine. Less mountain-focused than the Interlaken circuit; better for families with young children who prefer flat walking to summit railways.

June to September for alpine hikes and green valleys — all mountain railways and cable cars are fully operational. December to March for skiing and Christmas markets in Lucerne and Zurich. April and May are beautiful with wildflowers but some high altitude routes may still be closed. November is the quietest and cheapest month.
It is one of the most expensive countries in Europe. A basic restaurant meal costs CHF 25–40. Mountain excursions like Jungfrau add CHF 200+ per person. We bundle the key costs into the package so there are no surprises, but plan for CHF 50–100 per day in personal spending.
Yes — resorts like Zermatt, Verbier and St Moritz are fully operational from early December. Beginner ski lessons are available at all major resorts. Ski equipment rental is available on site. We can add a ski package to any December–March trip.
The valley towns — Interlaken, Lucerne, Geneva, Zurich — are temperate in summer (20–25°C). Even in July the summits are well below freezing, so warm layers are needed for Jungfrau (3,454 m) and Titlis (3,238 m) regardless of season. Late June to early September is the most comfortable weather for most Indian visitors.
