Cancellation policy

Cancel 30 days or more before departure — full refund minus a ₹2,000 processing fee.

Cancel 15 to 29 days before departure — 50% of the trip cost is refunded.

Cancel 7 to 14 days before departure — 25% of the trip cost is refunded.

Cancel within 7 days of departure — no refund.

Flight, visa and permit charges already paid to third parties are non-refundable.

Once our operations team confirms your hotels and transport, vouchers are emailed to you — usually within 48 hours of booking.

Is this trip suitable for senior citizens?

Most of our trips are. Tell us the ages when you enquire and we will flag anything on the itinerary that involves a long trek or high altitude, and suggest alternatives.
